Description:

An incredible and very rare Damas Marinograf Super Compressor Wristwatch circa. In overall marvelous condition. Some wear in keeping with its age and tool watch status. 42mm steel Super Compressor case is unpolished with well defined bevels and chamfers. Original glossy black dial has evenly coated patina with beautiful honey colored original luminescent. Caseback markings are clear and legible. Automatic movement is running, has not been serviced. An interesting note about prior ownership- This Damas timepiece belonged to an individual who assisted with the development of the Panama Canal and is engraved accordingly on the caseback.
