Beautiful Vintage 1950s Velvet Ribbon Circle Skirt by Kelly of California. Excellent condition with minor wear. There is a small spots on the back of the skirt towards the hem. Light Blue color. Lining on the inside of the dress. Metal zipper and button on the left side of the dress for closure.
