Important note~~ the size chart is the finished dress measurements not your child’s!! To measure: >>Chest~ under armpit measure all the way around the chest. Then add 1.5 inches to that measurement and pick the size rounding up. (Example if your daughter is 22” add 1.5 for room. That makes it 23.5 and rounding up to the size chart to 24 so she would need a size 4) >>Length~ place measuring tape at the CENTER of your daughters shoulder and follow it down to at least 2” -3” above the knee. That should be her length. It’s important to check both!
