Pullover dress, below mid-knee, has bias neckbinding, back neck slit with button/loop, semi-fitted, tucked, blouson bodice, elasticized seamed waist, straight skirt side pockets and three-quarter or long sleeves with cuffs. Self or purchased belt. C: sleeveless.
