Our classic tie back skirt in a beautiful lightweight black cotton with a lot of texture. This is a wonderful piece for Spring and Summer. We love it with its matching ruffle shirt, listed separately.  It features a flat waistband in the front with a drawstring in the back for adjustment. It has a button closure below the tie. There are side seam pockets and measures 26" from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt with an 8" hem. Available in two sizes- s/m (sizes 0-4) and m/l (sizes 6-10).
