An exceptionally rare and highly sought after 1986 Rolex Datejust 16030 Red Khanjar Sultan of Oman Blue Dial Automatic Wristwatch with Original Box. In overall excellent condition. Some expected wear from age and usage. 36mm steel Oyster case has remained thick and full bodied, appears to have remained unpolished. Engine turned steel bezel is crisp. The original blue dial is excellent with matching warm tritium lume plots and hands. The red Khanjar is perfect. This is a very rare and unusual dial combination that sparingly come up for sale. The dial transitions from blue to a violet hue in certain light but is very difficult to capture on camera. Some marks present on the original acrylic crystal. 62510H steel Jubilee bracelet with 555 end pieces has some light stretch as shown, will accompany a 7.5" wrist size, clasp is date coded to 1985. Caliber 3035 Oyster Perpetual automatic movement is running and functioning. Timepiece includes its original Sultan of Oman Rolex Box.
