Vintage Rolex Bubbleback 2940 Stainless Steel Automatic Watch Circa 1945. Stainless steel 32mm Oyster case. Original Rolex Oyster marked crown. Scratches and marks in keeping with its age. Original Bubbleback dial has accumulated an even patina over its lifespan. "Swiss" at the 6 o'clock position appears to have worn off. Serial number and reference number on case and inside of caseback are well defined. Timepiece has not been serviced, Oyster Perpetual Chronometer automatic movement is running.
